I don't know what kind of BS y'all are trying to pull. How dare customer service contact me in less than 24 hours to arrange delivery. And then you shipped it right away. What's up with that? And the lift was delivered in a few days. And then the shipping company, man what kind of customer service do they think there trying to pull, calling to make sure they were sending the right truck. And then you dare to send a friendly driver. I just don't know what to say.

Really though, this is a great lift and a great company to deal with. They communicated right away to confirm everything. Once it hit the freight truck R&L called to confirm I needed a truck with a lift gate. The lift arrived a few days after ordering, about a week to 2 weeks before amazon said it would. The driver was great and called when he was on the way. Very friendly too. No damage whatsoever.

Assembly was straight forward. I did it by myself in about an hour and a half from starting the unpack to lifting the first load. Some of that was time wasted messing around.

If you're sitting on the floor thinking about it, just do it. I could not be happier.

I lifted the lawnmower first to test. Didn't want to risk the Goldwing. No issues and an easy lift.

Purchased this, and it’s just like working at the Harley dealership again. Only thing I’ve added is the extended ramps, and the anti-skid tap the length of the lift. Other that it’s perfect. No better or worse than the more expensive brands we use at the dealer. The only thing I can say bad about it is the wheel clamp. It’s a little weak and bends causing it hard to get center again. Still using the clamp though with no problems.

I have had it for a week now. Very good lift. Picks up my 2014 Ultra Limited with no issues. It arrived without any damage was just missing the clips for the side extensions. Seller was courteous and had no issues sending me the missing clips. Also I am using a Pancake compressor with a 6 Gallon tank and it seems to work fine on this lift. Well worth the money.

I bought this for my husband’s birthday. He likes working on his Harley but getting the bike lifted high enough and keeping it stable, can be a challenge. This lift is perfect! The rear end of the lift even has a removable plate that makes changing a tire much easier, or so I am told. It has been a long time since I have seen my husband get “giddy” over a new “toy.” As soon as he unpacked the crate and set it up, he had several fellow motorcycle friends, drooling in the driveway. Please note. This is not a small lift. I have had to temporarily “share” my 2-car garage with this lift; right next to the Corvette.

From the time this thing came off the truck I have been happy. It’s made working on my Victory Vision so much easier. I am the envy of all my biker buddies now. They all seem to have a reason to bring their motorcycles over to look at it. The only issue I have is with the wheel dolly. Although that didn’t come with the lift I bought it for that lift and I feel that better engineering could have gone this. The lift itself is fantastic I have no complaints it works as stated. Do not buy the wheel dolly. It does not work. I would not recommend buying it. If I had the box I would try to send it back. I just assumed that it would work because it was actually made for this lift. It sucks. Get yourself a $10 furniture dolly and lower it down on it. That works like a piece a cake. The lift itself is a steel for the price.

I was going to buy a cheap lift like at HF, but wanted something more sturdy and one that could do my ATV's as well and even lawn mower now. Keep in mind this is tall when dropped, so you cannot drive over it with a car in the garage. It is huge! No damage in shipping, fitment is spot on. I do with they used better bolts and washers. You can upgrade if you want. The only issue I have is the pedal is cheap and it goes up FAST if you don't watch it. Takes a bit to drop as well. They went super cheap with the pedal. Play with it with nothing on it first before you strap down a bike to get a feel for how to operate it. It leaves hydro fluid on the floor as well from venting as you let the air out from the pedal. I might just have a bad one. I will email them to see about if this is normal. None of the other lifts I have used did that, so I think mine might be faulty. It is STURDY! Will make life easier for maint on the toys. There were only a few areas they skimped on.

Buy it!!! Don’t look anywhere else, don’t read anymore reviews, just buy this lift!!! It’s absolutely everything that’s described by the seller. It looks phenomenal and works flawlessly. Lifts my 2017 Road King special with ease!! Very, very sturdy. No wobbling at all. It came with the side extensions that are exactly what I was looking for. It is very slippery though. Nothing some non skid tape didn’t fix. For the price you won’t beet it. I haven’t used the jack because I already had one. It’s super simple to assemble. Highly recommended!!
