Only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 is because the driver was supposed to give me time to inspect it off the truck but did not give me the time or chance besides that I love this lift I waited a couple months to review so I wouldn't have to update it later, so far this thing has great lifting power and stability and the switch is a bit on the cheap side but once you fiddle with it you get the hang of it.

very good lift only problem i ave is that i had to drill new holes for front tire chock as the OE holes for mounting would not allow a dual disk touring front wheel to be removed without taking off the fender or jacking up the front of bike way high to allow wheel to be tilted to get through the side

This lift works great and i would give it a 5 star, but the shipping was terrible. It was suppose to ship to a residence, but the freight company they use had no truck to deliver. i had to pick it up at freight terminal, but they had no way to load it on may trailer. It was a mess. i had to rig something up to get it on my trailer. This company should always check to see if the trucking company can deliver to a residence. I should give the company a 2 star, but the lift does work good. Beware when purchasing from this company. You may get stuck getting it yourself at a terminal that has no loading ramp. good luck.

I just got this and set it up. I had one of those cheep-o lifts that had a hydraulic foot foot pump that you get from the discount tool store. This one works so slick it's like a different world. It snapped up that Triumph with half the max air pressure. I would have given it a 5 star if it wasn't that it looked like it had a hard time getting here. Numerous scratches and dents. The back tire drop out panel was received bent. Fortunately I have a fully equipped garage and I able to straighten it.

UPDATING - our defective part was replaced by the seller and we are now using the lift. For the money it seems to be a good buy and works well. Only a couple minor things keeping this from a 5 star and these of course are just our opinion. Some of the welds could be cleaner and painting of the wheel chock weld areas is quite thin in some places. A little touch up paint included would be nice. Also a little anti slip pads would be desired. The metal surface is very smooth and slick. We bought a roll of anti slip covering to out in the side rails to keep the feet from slipping. If it came with this then I’d see it as a 5-star.
Initial review: Very unfortunate ours arrived with a defective part and no cooperation from seller to replace. Lift is unusable to us at this point!

Needs a little extra work to make it really good, the scissor lift underneath is excellent, the top table and wheel clamp are sloppily made. One side of the wheel clamp is not square and will require shimming to correct. I could go on, but for the money it’s a hell of a deal. You couldn’t buy the materials to make it yourself for this price.
