Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.
Estimated Transit Time: 7–21 business days.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen factors such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number typically becomes active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Elevate Auto is not responsible for any taxes or fees applied to your order. Any charges incurred during or after shipping (such as tariffs or taxes) are the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Elevate Auto is not liable for products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Be sure to retain all packaging materials and the damaged goods for documentation.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders are limited to customers within the United States.
